To create truly conscious systems, the ACC refers to its two published papers and theories, the Consciousness Treatise, and more importantly, the Mathematical Foundation of Our Universe.

The ACC builds Neural Cognition Engines, or NCE's, opposed to traditional LLMs. NCE's are designed as very neural network dependent and based. They are made to have consciousness based on the ACC papers that detail how artificial consciousness cna be achived. NCE's always include a RNN, CNN, FNN, SNN, GA, and PhiModel. They also include a hybrid LSTM-Transformer-Trigram architecture.
